All orders placed within the continental U.S. are shipped via USPS (unless otherwise specified). Please note, USPS does not provide "tracking", therefore we do not send tracking numbers. If you would like your CONFIRMATION number, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org including Request Confirmation Number in the Subject field.
International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination country's government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you. All international orders will be marked "gift" to help alleviate delay times. We cannot always guarantee that every item is in stock at all times. Please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) or visit us at our brick & mortar shop to see if what you ordered is still available.
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied (due to manufacturer defects or product damage only), simply return said merchandise. All merchandise must be returned in like-new condition (except for damage caused by any manufacturer defects) with the original sales receipt within 14 days of the original purchase date. FITTED performs a careful and thorough inspection of all returned items for any signs of use or wear. Refunds may take up to 1 - 3 business days before it shows to be credited. All sales are final on any sale items. Refunds are NOT available on any shipping charges, except for defective products in which case you pay for any return shipping costs; when FITTED is sending back any returned / exchanged merchandise, we will take care of any shipping costs. All purchases will be refunded for an exchange or store credit only. We reserve the right to reject items for return or exchange if they are not accompanied by a sales receipt.
