Posted by admin in Slaps Wind, Upper Echelon
Releasing tomorrow, Sept. 4

Aloha kakou!
Tomorrow's release marks the starting location for a turning point in FITTED's legacy, with our fifth anniversary creeping right up. Five years is pretty significant, considering the current economic conditions pressed against us, and everyone else in the retail-business rat race. A huge mahalo to everyone who's stood by our side through thick and thin; we're truly grateful for your continued support! We have some insane, big things coming up in within the next few months! Stay tuned. The Slaps Wind ('Okalakala) is all black upper with raised embroidered Hawaiian flag with a green top button and red brim.

A few months ago, we unleashed our Represent tee which featured the lyrics of NaS' Represent pressed legibly into the letter "H" for Hawai'i. And although those lyrics may not have had direct correlations with Hawai'i, it was the message within the lyrics that really mattered, which was to Represent, wherever you're from. This week's release is no different, this time lifting the positive message found within the late Christopher Wallace's mainstream pièce de résistance, Sky's The Limit. The message being straightforward: The sky's the limit, do what you want. Your voice, your life. And like a wise man once told me: "Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you're still amongst those stars." For this particular tee, we've printed on a red body with the lyrics of the aforementioned song in white which build into an "H," including a crown hit on the back. Keeping in step with the shirt is a digi-camo Hawaiian flag New Era which we've named "Slaps Wind." The entire cap is covered in digital-camouflage with a red underbill, and esteemed Hawaiian flag in red, white and blue; all of which tie back to the colors in the shirt.
You can check for more detailed photos of the cap and t-shirt after the jump. See y'all on Saturday!
