SHIPPING STATEMENT

Recently there’s been much concern about our shipping program dealing with online orders, primarily due to a temporary adjustment in shipping cost. We noticed that many orders started to go missing, which led us to move 100% of our shipping business to a service that seemed much more reliable. It is of the highest importance to us at FITTED that our product reaches all of our customers safely and in a timely manner. Thus, we felt it necessary to take no chances and offer the alternative shipping method until all issues with our usual shipping provider were solved.
Changing our complete shipping program was no easy task and it proved to have a few hiccups along the way. We greatly apologize for any inconveniences this has caused, and appreciate your patience while we work hard to smooth things out. We are well aware that this has been an ongoing problem and are happy to announce that shipping will soon resume.
As a gesture of our appreciation toward all of your concerns and support, we’re happy to provide a free shipping code for online purchases, as well as phone orders made through our Kona St. store.
•  Upon checking out online, please enter code FREESHIPPING and it will be applied to your order.
•  If you are making a phone order purchase that requires shipping through our Kona St. location, simply mention FREE SHIPPING and we will be glad to apply that to your purchase.
Please feel free to take advantage of this shipping special until Friday, September 2, 2016 at 7pm HST. If you place multiple orders within a short timeframe, please note that your orders may be consolidated when being sent. Free shipping applies to standard ground service (generally 1–10 business days). If you prefer a quicker method, please specify that in the ‘Notes’ section when placing your order and we will gladly quote the appropriate cost for the method you prefer.
