SHIPPING POLICIES

All orders placed within the continental U.S. are shipped via FedEx or USPS (unless otherwise specified). Please specify with us if you are using a P.O. Box. By default, when we ship your product out, you will be automatically emailed your tracking number. If for any reason you haven't received it, please email us at websales@fittedhawaii.com including Request Tracking Number in the Subject field.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination country's government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you. All international orders will be marked "gift" to help alleviate delay times. If you wish for us not to specify it as such, please send us an email at websales@fittedhawaii.com.

Priority - 4 - 6 days

USPS International

Express Mail International - 3 - 5 days (Price & arrival time depends on weight, distance and country origin's customs policies)

Global Express Guaranteed - 1 - 3 days (Price & arrival time depends on weight, distance and country origin's customs policies)

First Class Mail International - varies

Fedex U.S.

Fedex Ground - 1 - 5 days 

Fedex 2-Day - 1 - 2 days

Fedex Overnight* - Overnight / 2-days (Price & arrival time depends on time order is placed, weight and distance)

*: Please note, all Overnight orders placed after 1:45 PM HST will be mailed out the following business days. The time to turn in all Overnight boxes to Fedex is 2:30 PM HST, which includes pickup from office and/or drop offs at Fedex Kinkos.
